Vehicle Systems Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist our engineering team with the implementation and design of electronic vehicle systems. Core Responsibilities

• Assist engineers by helping to streamline the development and integration of electronic components for vehicles.
• Create and manage technical records to ensure all engineering guidelines are strictly followed.
• Utilize CATIA V5 software to facilitate the effective packaging of electronic parts within 2D and 3D vehicle layouts.
• Modify wiring schematics and component inventories following precise guidance from lead engineers.
• Coordinate the procurement of parts required for upcoming vehicle builds and assessment projects.
• Collaborate with technical staff to perform ECU re-flashing and other necessary vehicle system updates.
• Generate and deliver comparative drawing reports to ensure engineering standards are met.
• Maintain and audit project issue logs to help the team track and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

• Demonstrated expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with CATIA V5 for 3D and 2D design.
• Strong interpersonal abilities combined with a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
• A genuine curiosity and eagerness to acquire new technical competencies across diverse tasks.
• Ability to work from our Saline, Michigan facility on a full-time, five-day-per-week basis.
• Flexibility to accommodate a work schedule that includes up to 30% overtime.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior background in mechanical design or development specifically within the automotive sector.
• Practical knowledge regarding electrical systems or wiring harness integration.
