Applications Engineer

Design, develop, validate, and release exterior vehicle components including bumpers, grilles, battery trays, wheel arch liners, and underbody systems Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and program teams to deliver projects on time and within budget Support component testing, validation, durability reviews, and root cause analysis Manage engineering documentation, bills of materials (BOMs), design changes, and release activities Drive continuous improvements focused on quality, performance, cost reduction, and manufacturability Support prototype builds, vehicle launches, and production implementation activities

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3 years of automotive engineering, release engineering, or exterior systems development experience Experience with CATIA, Teamcenter, 3DX, CAD modeling, and product lifecycle management tools Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, component packaging, and validation methods Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
