· Increase community awareness by building relationships with local businesses, civic organizations, elected officials, and community leaders.

· Identify opportunities for presentations, speaking engagements, and collaborative partnerships.

Events & Sponsorships

· Assist with sponsorship development for Pegasus’ fundraising events, including the Annual Gala, Horse Show, and other special events.

· Support donor recognition and sponsor stewardship activities.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business, public relations, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

· Two or more years of experience in fundraising, business development, sales, community relations, nonprofit development, or partnership development.

· Demonstrated success building relationships with donors, sponsors, businesses, or community partners.

· Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

· Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
