Role: Engagement Manager (HCM Implementation) - US Markets, Darwinbox is transforming how enterprises manage people, workflows, and employee experiences at scale. You will act as:

• A trusted advisor to enterprise customers
• A strategic partner to CHROs and business leaders
• The “Voice of Customer” internally across Product and Engineering An owner responsible for customer outcomes - not just go-live milestones

All professionals joining our HCM implementation team are expected to clear the product certification (including a proctored assessment) in their first month of joining.

What the work looks like:

• You won’t just inherit a project plan. You’ll inherit ambiguity.
• A customer struggling to standardize processes globally.
• An implementation that technically works but operationally doesn’t. A workflow designed for manual operations that now needs to scale intelligently.

Your role is to understand the business problem behind the requirement and drive the transformation end-to-end.

That means:

• Leading enterprise HCM transformation programs from discovery through adoption
• Challenging legacy processes and driving transformation conversations
• Influencing senior stakeholders with clarity and credibility
• Working closely with internal teams to shape customer outcomes Balancing customer expectations, scalability, product capabilities, and operational realities

Because enterprise transformation breaks when those worlds operate separately.
