Develop custom web parts, site templates, and extensions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).\n \n \nSystem Integration: Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 tools, external databases, APIs, and third-party enterprise systems.\n \n \nGovernance & Security: Implement and enforce governance policies, role-based access controls (RBAC), and data loss prevention (DLP) strategies within the M365 and Power Platform environments to ensure strict compliance with security standards.\n \n \nData Visualization: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy interactive \nPower BI dashboards and reports that drive data-informed decision-making.\n \n \nMigration & Upgrades: Lead or support migration efforts from legacy systems or older versions of SharePoint to SharePoint Online.\n \n \nTroubleshooting & Support: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Tier 3 technical support, resolving complex issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform performance, access, or bugs.\n \n \nDocumentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user guides for deployed solutions.\n \n, At RMC, we’re committed to your career growth!
