Test Lead

We are looking for Test Lead with expertise in system testing, validation, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and process improvement. Skilled in delivering high-quality solutions, managing end-to-end testing activities, resolving complex issues, and leveraging automation to enhance operational efficiency and service reliability.

• Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
• Strong knowledge of VoIP and telecom protocols, including SIP, SDP, RTP, DTMF, IMS, call routing, IVR, and voicemail.
• Experience in voice technologies, including G.711, G.729, and AMR-WB codec validation and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of NFV, Telco Cloud, and IP networking concepts.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) using Wireshark, PCAP/SIP trace analysis, trace collection, and issue reproduction techniques.
• Experience in performance, load, and service validation testing, as well as monitoring and operational support.
• Strong background in test management, including test strategy, planning, specification, STLC, SIT, UAT, ORT, defect triage, and reporting.
• Experience with automation and scripting using Python, test automation frameworks, and telecom test automation solutions.

• All roles will require a level of security clearance; BPSS OR Security ClearanceOR Developed Vetting.
• This role requires 5 days/week office presence based in Newbury.
