Job description
As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Hidden Level, you will own the internal execution of product development efforts, driving cross-functional engineering teams to deliver against product and program commitments. You will translate product direction and program needs into structured, executable plans, and oversee development to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery., Own Internal Development Execution
- Develop and maintain detailed, actionable schedules for product development efforts.
- Drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software, firmware, systems, etc.).
- Coordinate across teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Identify, track, and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
Translate Product and Program Direction into Execution

Work closely with Product Managers to translate roadmap priorities into executable development plans
- Partner closely with Program Managers to ensure development aligns with customer commitments and delivery timelines
- Decompose development requirements into structured workstreams, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure engineering teams understand scope, priorities, and success criteria
Drive Execution Discipline & Accountability
- Drive milestone accountability across engineering teams, ensuring commitments are met.
- Establish and maintain execution rigor, including planning cadences and progress tracking.
- Provide clear, consistent reporting on development status, risks, and forecasted outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong operational leadership with the ability to drive execution across cross-functional technical teams.
- A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome challenges through teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, or other technical discipline
- 8+ years of industry experience
- 2+yearsof experience leading complex technical programs or development efforts involving cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience with schedule management, cost awareness, and risk management in technical programs.

Experience with or the desire to learn about:
- Functional leadership
- Radars, sensors, and other communication systems
- Hardware system conceptualization, design, integration, and test
- Cloud-based and embedded software systems
- 10% travel

Compensation and Benefits: Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, disability insurance, and potential stock options.
Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $113,000 to $140,000 annually. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Hidden Level considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
