Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for clients, ensuring the highest standards of care and progress. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by applying evidence-based practices and collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.   • Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with best practices and client goals.
  • Utilize data management tools to track progress, analyze trends, and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to caregivers and team members on behavior management techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all data security protocols, confidentiality standards, and ethical guidelines related to client information.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and medical professionals to coordinate care.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification.
  • Proven experience working with individuals requiring behavioral interventions, preferably within clinical or educational settings.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, including data collection, analysis, and behavior modification techniques.
  • Proficiency in data management security practices and familiarity with electronic health records systems.
  • Experience with database architecture design, relational databases such as MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server, and high availability architecture.
  • Skilled in database development tools including PL/SQL, T-SQL, Shell Scripting (Bash), ETL processes, and performance tuning for system uptime optimization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to database performance, backup/recovery strategies, disaster recovery architecture, and system tuning.
  • Familiarity with cloud databases and database clustering for high availability solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff on technical processes such as scripting for data migration or system maintenance.
