Remote BCBA

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, reassessments and functional behavior assessments
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior-intervention plans
• Analyze clinical data and modify programming according to client progress
• Supervise, train and provide ongoing clinical direction to Registered Behavior Technicians
• Complete telehealth and in-person supervision in accordance with BACB, payer and organizational requirements
• Provide parent and caregiver training that supports consistency and skill generalization
• Prepare progress reports, treatment updates and insurance-related clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, technicians and leadership to maintain continuity of care
• Ensure treatment remains ethical, compassionate and responsive to each child’s individual needs
• Maintain professional, clinical and regulatory compliance

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing
• Active Georgia behavior-analyst license or eligibility to obtain Georgia licensure
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related discipline
• Experience providing ABA services to children diagnosed with autism and developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of functional assessment, treatment planning, behavior-reduction programming and skill acquisition
• Ability to supervise and develop RBTs effectively
• Strong clinical writing, communication and data-analysis skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a collaborative clinical team
• Reliable technology and availability to support remote or hybrid service delivery

Preferred Background

• Experience delivering home-based, clinic-based or telehealth ABA services
• Experience completing insurance-compliant assessments and progress reports
• Proficiency with CentralReach or similar ABA practice-management systems
• Strong caregiver-training and family-engagement skills
• Experience managing multiple cases without compromising clinical quality
