Artificial Intelligence Data Analysis

Job description

Seizing 611 is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote clinical services throughout Southern Colorado.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for clinicians seeking flexibility and autonomy. You determine your preferred capacity whether that’s one family or several and we’ll grow together intentionally.

Our Clinical Director conducts all initial assessments and provides ongoing clinical leadership, allowing you to focus on meaningful supervision, caregiver collaboration, and supporting exceptional treatment implementation.

To reduce administrative burden, we leverage AI-supported administrative systems that streamline documentation, and routine operational tasks allowing you to spend more time practicing behavior analysis and less time buried in paperwork.

What You’ll Do

As an independent contractor, you may elect to provide services including:

  • Remote BCBA supervision for children receiving ABA services.
  • Parent and caregiver coaching using evidence-based ABA principles.
  • Functional behavior assessment support and clinical problem-solving.
  • Ongoing treatment plan review and program modifications.
  • Clinical supervision and mentorship of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Review of client progress through data analysis and treatment integrity monitoring.
  • Monthly in-home supervisory visits as deemed neccessary.
  • Collaboration with the Clinical Director regarding case conceptualization
  • Timely completion of required clinical documentation.

Who Thrives Here

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who:

  • Take pride in doing excellent work, even when no one is watching.
  • Value consistency, organization, and clinical integrity.
  • Enjoy mentoring RBTs and helping them grow.
  • Appreciate thoughtful systems that reduce unnecessary administrative work.
  • Communicate with empathy and professionalism.
  • Believe families deserve individualized, cultural informed compassionate care, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
  • Want to help build an organization rather than simply work for one.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing or QBA in good standing.
  • Eligible to provide ABA services within Colorado.
  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and ethical clinical practice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation for required in-home supervision throughout assigned service areas.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Clinical Director.
  • Independent Malpractice Insurance

Schedule

  • Hybrid
  • 1099 Independent Contractor

  • Flexible scheduling based on client needs and your availability.

About the company

At Seizing 611, we believe every child deserves more than services, they deserve clinicians who are fully present, supported by thoughtful systems, and free to focus on what matters most.

Our mission is to transform lives through compassionate, evidence-based behavior analysis while building sustainable systems that empower clinicians, strengthen families, and create lasting change within the communities we serve.

We’re intentionally building an organization where quality comes before volume, relationships come before metrics, and operational excellence exists to support clinical excellence not replace it.

If you’re looking for another overwhelming caseload, this probably isn’t the right fit.

If you’re looking for the opportunity to practice behavior analysis with intention, collaborate with a founder who values craftsmanship, and help shape a growing Colorado practice, we’d love to meet you.
