Job description

We are looking for an organized, self-motivated individual with experience managing products across online marketplaces and eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about cars, understands online selling, enjoys creating engaging social media content, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. This role combines eCommerce management, content creation, customer support, and digital marketing to help grow our online presence and connect with automotive enthusiasts. Experience with graphic design, product artwork, or design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Flexi, or similar programs is a plus., * Manage and maintain product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, BigCommerce, and other online platforms.

  • Create, edit, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Assist with inventory and product management.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer customer phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Provide product recommendations and technical support to customers.
  • Resolve customer questions and issues in a timely manner.
  • Create engaging social media content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Develop automotive-focused content including:
  • Product reviews
  • Installation guides and how-to videos
  • Product comparisons
  • New product launches
  • Vehicle feature videos
  • Shop updates and behind-the-scenes content
  • Work with the team to grow our online presence and build an engaged automotive enthusiast community.

Requirements

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as BigCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify, or similar.
  • Experience managing online product catalogs.
  • Experience creating social media content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable appearing in videos and explaining automotive products on camera is a plus.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Automotive knowledge or enthusiasm is a strong plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic photo editing experience (Photoshop, Flexi, or similar).
  • SEO knowledge for product listings.
  • Experience with Google Shopping or online advertising.
  • Basic understanding of aftermarket automotive parts.
