The Researcher, Data Collection is responsible for gathering, organizing, and maintaining project-related documentation from subcontractors while ensuring all files are accurately stored within designated SharePoint locations for compliance review. This role serves as a key liaison between subcontractors and internal teams, communicating requirements, tracking document status, and providing timely updates throughout the compliance review process.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in document management, administrative support, project coordination, compliance support, data collection, or a related field. Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and established processes with a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in updating and maintaining tracking systems, databases, or project management tools. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams., Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to follow established processes and instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
