Job description
- Own and shape GK’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Copilot, Entra ID and more) - defining the roadmap, setting standards and continuously improving how the company works.
- Bring order to a fast-growing tenant: design and enforce governance frameworks, policies and naming conventions that have been missing, so the environment scales without accumulating technical or compliance debt.
- Drive the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot - identifying high-value use cases, demonstrating tangible productivity gains to teams, and iterating based on real user feedback.
- Establish data classification, information protection and compliance across the tenant with Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labelling, retention policies) - balancing business agility with security requirements.
- Own Teams and the wider collaboration stack - integrations, permissions, add-ins (e.g. Planner), meeting recordings, and Copilot connectivity - as the company’s central working environment.
- Lead user-centric change management: plan rollouts with a consulting mindset, design adoption strategies, run hands-on training, create clear documentation and measure uptake - because technology only delivers value when people genuinely use it.
- Think ahead and act strategically: proactively spot where Microsoft 365 can create business value, build the case with stakeholders and sequence changes so the organization is taken along every step of the way.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on with Microsoft 365 in a Product Owner, consulting or lead role - owning migrations, rollouts or governance initiatives end to end.
- Deep technical skill across Teams, Copilot, Purview and SharePoint Online - enough to design governance, not just configure settings. Entra ID and Power Automate round out your profile.
- A governance builder, not just a system keeper: you have brought structure, policies and compliance to complex, previously unmanaged environments.
- Change-management and adoption expertise: you think about how a feature will be received, run training, measure uptake and know that the best governance fails if nobody follows it.
- Strong communicator with business maturity - comfortable across departments, a believer in picking up the phone, and fluent in English (German is a plus).
- Based in Europe, eligible to work remotely.
