Warehouse Supervisor / IT Generalist

Atlantic Tower Services is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor / IT Generalist to oversee daily warehouse and yard operations (in Irmo, South Carolina) while providing basic IT support to our IT Manager and for the organization. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in both operational and technical environments and can effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities.

The successful candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, oversee equipment and yard organization, and provide first-level technical support to employees.

Essential Responsibilities

Warehouse & Yard Management

• Supervise daily warehouse and yard operations.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and yard environment.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Prepare, stage, and ship materials and equipment to field crews.
• Track inventory levels and conduct routine cycle counts.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (or obtain certification).
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Work with Operations to ensure materials are available for scheduled projects.

IT Support

• Provide first-level technical support for employees.
• Set up and deploy computers, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and other hardware.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and software installations.
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors for advanced technical issues.
• Maintain IT inventory and equipment records.
• Assist with maintaining company technology assets and documentation.

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred

• Previous warehouse supervisory experience.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Experience supporting desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with ERP or work order systems is a plus.
