Requirements

We are looking for a full-time Kick-Butt Computer Tech level 1 to join our team to assist with tasks including troubleshooting and fixing computers, printers, and other devices, as well as routine tasks on servers and networks.

This is an awesome opportunity for someone who:

  • Is motivated, client-focused, and constantly striving to learn more
  • Is passionate about configuring, deploying and maintaining IT systems the RIGHT way
  • Is resourceful and positive when approaching IT issues. We don’t do ‘sloppy IT.’ You also need to know how to find answers - and when to escalate.
  • Is super-motivated to learn all about Windows, Mac’s, Windows Servers, Office 365, Wifi, How Networks Work, and other equipment to be able to come to the rescue when our clients have problems and be an invaluable team member during projects.
  • Believes in NO DRAMA and that there is always a positive way to solve a problem.
  • You must have at least 1-year experience taking apart computers/putting them back together, understand what network equipment is and the fundamentals on how they work, know how to install printers, computers, and switches.
  • We believe in documenting all our work and contact with clients. We follow our Standard Operating Procedures and create new ones as necessary. We create a shared consciousness and work as an integrated team. We work hard, but play hard. If that doesn’t resonate with you, please do not apply.
  • The ability to positively interact with customers and have a drive to serve them is absolutely required.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Windows: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License (Required)
