Requirements
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting industry, is seeking a Senior Legacy Modernization (Mainframe) leader to join their team. As a Senior Legacy Modernization (Mainframe) leader, you will be part of the IT modernization department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization., + 16+ years of experience in IT, with at least 10+ years leading cloud projects of various sizes and scopes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.

5+ years of experience building solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and non-hyperscaler products like Codeium and pool.ai.

15+ years in application development and modernization, with a proven track record of large-scale legacy application transformation involving mainframe and iSeries platforms.

Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and enterprise frameworks such as MicroFocus, Raincode, and mLogica.
