Data Analyst

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from diverse sources using SQL, R, Python, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations utilizing Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other BI tools to communicate insights effectively across teams.
• Collaborate within Agile project management frameworks to prioritize tasks, plan sprints, and deliver timely analytical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement database structures using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design principles to support scalable data storage solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis by identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic initiatives.
• Support the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by participating in requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and maintenance of analytical applications.
• Automate routine reporting tasks through VBA scripting or Bash (Unix shell) scripting to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Engage in business analysis activities by translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications and actionable projects.
• Utilize analysis skills with R and Python for statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and advanced data exploration.
• Contribute to data governance efforts by working on linked data initiatives and ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
