Job description

As a DevSecOps Engineer Lead or Principal on our Enterprise AI team, you’ll help shape the future of AI and Generative AI capabilities across the organization. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership across DevOps, security, observability, and platform operations while partnering closely with architecture, IT security, information security, sire reliability engineering, platform engineering, and product teams. You’ll help establish secure, scalable, and repeatable patterns that enable teams to build, deploy, and support AI solutions with confidence. This position plays a key role in advancing Responsible AI practices, improving production readiness, and streamlining operational processes across our AI ecosystem. You’ll connect platform capabilities, security requirements, and engineering teams to reduce delivery friction and accelerate innovation. To be successful in this role, you’ll utilize your passion for building secure, enterprise-scale AI platforms and influencing technical strategy across multiple teams.

This is a remote position for US-based work only with occasional travel to the Cleveland, OH area for meetings and/or training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication, Math) and minimum of six years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions.
  • In lieu of degree, minimum of eight years related experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions.

Preferred skills

  • Experience in a technical engineering leadership role with a focus on DevOps, site reliability, platform, and or security within IT.
  • Experience building, supporting, or governing enterprise AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, predictive AI, or advanced analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, secure SDLC practices, access controls, secrets management, vulnerability management, and security architecture.
  • Experience defining observability and operational excellence practices, including monitoring, logging, alerting, incident management, and production readiness.
  • Ability to influence across teams and translate security, governance, and platform requirements into scalable engineering standards, patterns, and best practices., Sponsorship for work authorization for foreign national candidates is not available for this position.
