Network Technician

• Provide technical support for network-related issues, including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), and internet connectivity problems.
• Manage and support operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux across desktops and servers, ensuring system stability and security.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to computer networking, operating systems, and IT infrastructure components promptly and effectively.
• Support system administration tasks including user account setup, password resets, and hardware maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.

• Proven experience in technical support roles with a strong background in system installation
• Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN architecture, VPNs, firewalls, and network security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance including computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users at all levels while providing clear technical guidance.
• Ability to perform hardware support tasks efficiently while maintaining a customer service-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to software or hardware swiftly.
• Must not be afriad of hieghts and able to complete installation tasks on ladder or lift.
• Must be able to operate a lift
• Familiarity will drilling through walls and running wires
