Job description

We are seeking a UKG WFM Configuration Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) configuration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring UKG Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling, supporting integrations, troubleshooting issues, and working with business stakeholders. Healthcare experience is highly preferred., We are seeking an experienced UKG WFM Configuration Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) configuration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring UKG Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling, supporting integrations, troubleshooting issues, and working with business stakeholders. Healthcare experience is highly preferred., * Configure and support UKG WFM, including Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configuration.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Work with business users and technical teams to support WFM enhancements and integrations.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support WFM integrations using APIs.
  • Analyze reports and data to improve system performance.
  • Participate in payroll support on a rotating schedule (approximately once every six weeks).

Requirements

  • Must have Advanced Scheduling experience.
  • must also have UKG Timekeeping experience., * Strong experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM) configuration.
  • Advanced Scheduling experience (required).
  • UKG Timekeeping experience (required for 4 of the 8 openings).
  • Experience with WFM APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
  • Complex WFM configuration experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and working with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Healthcare business analysis experience is highly preferred. TA01
