IT Services Manager

• contribute to the administration of select clients
• assist, supervise, and direct Help Desk services
• help manage/maintain client IT infrastructures
• provide direct technical support as-needed
• communicate compassionately with client staff
• maintain organized documentation, logs, and reports

Level-2 Tech/Manager (intermediate IT capabilities & social skills)

Level-3 Tech/Manager (accomplished IT capabilities & ambitious social skills)

• Windows 11 and Mac OS
• PC hardware, VMware, Microsoft 365, etc.
