Job description

The Workday HRIS Digital Experience Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining, governing, and optimizing the digital HR experience within Workday. This role serves as the primary owner of Workday Help Knowledge Management, ensuring colleagues, managers, and HR teams have access to accurate, timely, and user-friendly information through self-service channels.

The analyst will develop and manage knowledge articles, monitor content effectiveness, analyze user behavior and search trends, and identify opportunities to improve self-service adoption, case deflection, and overall colleague experience. Working closely with HRIS, HR Shared Services, HR Centers of Excellence, Communications, and Technology teams, this role will help establish Workday as the authoritative source for HR information and support

Create, publish, maintain, and retire Workday Help knowledge articles. Establish content standards, governance processes, and review cycles to ensure information remains accurate and compliant. Partner with HR functional teams to identify, document, and continuously improve knowledge content. Own content categorization, tagging, search optimization, and audience targeting. Ensure knowledge articles align with HR policies, procedures, and business processes. Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes through knowledge, guidance, automation, and self-service capabilities. Collaborate with Change Management and Communications teams to promote self-service adoption and awareness Coordinate translation and localization efforts for global content where applicable. Experience with configuring Workday HCM and Workday Help.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, knowledge management, digital experience, communications, or related disciplines 1+ years Global experience preferred Experience developing and managing content in enterprise systems. Experience with Microsoft tools and applications Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and user feedback Self-motivated, organized and capable of proactively identifying, sourcing, and handling multiple projects to successful completion Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

Strong computer skills: proficient with MS Outlook, Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Education: Associate’s degree in related discipline or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
