Workday HRIS Digital Experience Analyst

Optimize employee experience within Workday by managing digital HR content, knowledge resources, and self-service capabilities.

• Serve as primary owner of Workday Help Knowledge Management to ensure accurate, user-friendly, and timely HR information.
• Create, publish, maintain, and retire Workday Help knowledge articles.
• Establish and enforce content governance, standards, and review processes for HR knowledge.
• Collaborate with HR teams to document, update, and continuously improve HR knowledge content.
• Manage content categorization, tagging, search optimization, and audience targeting for effective resource discovery.
• Analyze user behavior, search trends, and content performance to increase self-service adoption and improve employee experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify HR processes through knowledge management, automation, and digital guidance.
• Work with HR, Communications, and Technology teams to promote self-service solutions and reduce HR support volume.
• Coordinate translation and localization of global HR content as needed.
• Configure and support Workday HCM and Workday Help applications.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
• (Preferred) Support HR Shared Services or employee service delivery environments.

(Preferred) Apply knowledge of employee self-service, case management, and knowledge management best practices.

• (Preferred) Experience with AI-powered support tools, chatbots, or digital assistants.
• (Preferred) Support global organizations and manage multilingual content.
