Paint Line Support-1st shift

Penmac Staffing, Conway, AR, is hiring Paint Line Operators for a manufacturing facility in Heber Springs, Arkansas. The Paint Line Operator is responsible for loading and unloading parts, preparing products for the paint process, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout production., * Ensure all processes and finished products meet quality standards

• Pack finished parts, including wrapping and layering parts as required
• Operate the E-coat system load control panel when assigned
• Inspect materials and parts for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Requirements for the Paint Line Operator

• Frequently lift and move parts weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk continuously throughout 8-12 hour shifts
• Perform repetitive reaching and pulling throughout the workday
• Work safely around production equipment and manufacturing processes
• Maintain productivity while following all safety requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
• Paint line experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to operate a crane and hoist
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow safety and environmental procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Fluent in English and the primary language used in the work area
