Robotics Software Engineer Jobs

Build and improve the robot autonomy stack used in warehouses and distribution centers. You will work across navigation, SLAM/localization, motion planning, perception, sensor fusion, and fleet orchestration so AMRs/AGVs can move inventory safely and efficiently., * Design, implement, and maintain production robotics software (ROS2 nodes, planning modules, middleware integrations)

• Build and tune navigation and motion planning for dynamic obstacles, narrow aisles, and high-traffic lanes
• Develop perception and sensor fusion pipelines using LiDAR and camera data
• Create evaluation workflows using simulation, offline log replay, telemetry, and regression suites
• Improve diagnostics and incident response through better tooling, metrics, and log analysis
• Contribute to release engineering with CI/CD, containerization, and remote deployment for edge robots

• Mid-senior experience shipping production software in robotics, autonomy, or embedded/edge systems
• Strong C++ and Python skills
• Hands-on experience with ROS2 (TF, nav stack patterns, message passing, lifecycle management)
• Understanding of localization/SLAM, path planning, and motion control in real environments
• Experience with sensors such as LiDAR, cameras, IMU, and wheel odometry
• Comfort with Linux debugging and performance analysis

Remote Work

This is a Remote, full-time role. Changes are validated through testing, simulation, and data-driven evaluation prior to production rollouts.

Competitive hourly base pay: $30-$50 per hour (depending on scope and experience).
