Platform & DevOps Engineer

We operate a growing AI platform with multiple microservices on AWS - multiple teams, multiple environments, a complex release process. Deployments should be reliable, traceable, and fast. You make sure they are - and that developers can focus on their product instead of infrastructure problems.

• Develop and standardize our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS ECS/ECR)
• Own our release process: deployment coordination across multiple services and environments (dev, staging, prod)
• Build and maintain the observability stack: logging, monitoring, alerting, distributed tracing
• Developer experience: local dev environments, tooling standardization, onboarding infrastructure
• Operate and evolve our AWS infrastructure (ECS Fargate, RDS, SSM, S3, ALB, CloudWatch)
• Incident response, runbooks, post-mortems - systematic, not ad hoc

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering
• Strong AWS skills (ECS, ECR, RDS, SSM, IAM, CloudFormation, CDK)
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD design for microservice architectures
• Solid understanding of container infrastructure (Docker, ECS/Fargate)
• Experience with monitoring and alerting (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)
• You can code: shell scripting, Python, or TypeScript for automation

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery)
• Familiarity with Terraform
• Experience in a SaaS product team with multiple parallel services
