Job description

We’re a product team building an AI-powered platform for the HR space - modern stack, short iteration cycles, real user feedback. You’ll build features end-to-end: from the database layer through API design to the UI. *

End-to-end development of new features: backend services, APIs, and frontend components
Contribute to our microservice architecture (TypeScript/Node.js, Python/FastAPI)
Frontend development with Next.js, React, and Tailwind
Database design and migration with PostgreSQL and Prisma
Integration of external services and AI APIs
Code reviews, technical documentation, and active input on development standards

Requirements

4+ years of fullstack development experience
Strong TypeScript skills (frontend and backend)
Experience with React and modern frontend frameworks (Next.js a plus)
Solid backend understanding: REST APIs, database modeling, async processing
Experience with cloud deployments (AWS or comparable)
Self-directed, reliable, communicative

Nice to have

Knowledge of Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy)
Experience with AI/LLM integrations (Anthropic, Google Gemini, Vertex AI)
Experience in a SaaS product team
