Identify potential errors or anomalies and communicate findings proactively. Adhere to company policies and compliance standards related to financial data management. Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing data accuracy and efficiency.

Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in data verification, accounting, or bookkeeping roles. Strong proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to analyze data critically and identify discrepancies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
