Follow established protocols to safeguard sensitive information. Identify opportunities to improve data management workflows and recommend solutions.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred. Proven experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support roles. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
