Job description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technician to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our organizations IT infrastructure. You will be required to install, configure and troubleshoot hardware, software and networks. This ensures our employees have reliable and secure technolgy to perform their daily duties.

Responsibilites

· Manage Hardware: Set up work stations, laptops, printer’s routers and peripheral devices.

· Maintain Networks: Monitor local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN)

· Ensure Security: Run updates, manage antivirus programs and enforce data privacy policies.

· Manage Access: Create, update and delete user accounts as needed in active directory or cloud platforms.

· Provide Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software and networks ensuring minimal downtime.

· Install Software: Configure operating systems, business applications and security software.

· Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installations, technical issues and configurations

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in macOS administration?, · Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff clearly.

· Problem solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues in a timely manner.

· Ability to work in dynamic environments and adapt to changing IT needs.

· Networking: Solid grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and Wi-Fi configuration.

· OS knowledge: Complete understanding of Windows 10/11, MacOS and mobile operating systems.

· Must have a valid Driver’s License
