IT Technician

• Responding to both remote and on-site service requests with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues (hardware, software, networking, etc.)
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and equipment
• Supporting client with their technology needs and providing user-friendly guidance
• Accurately documenting service requests, resolutions, and updates in our ticketing system
• Delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Minimum 5 years of IT support experience

• Previous experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of Windows environments, network troubleshooting, and desktop/server hardware
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• A self-starter who can work independently and also collaborate with a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you will be visiting clients around El Paso)

$21.14 an hour - Temporary, Full-time
