Job description

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues
  • Provide technical support to users (in-person, phone, or remote)
  • Set up new user accounts, devices, and system access
  • Perform routine system updates, backups, and security checks
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and track repairs
  • Document technical procedures and solutions

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with networking basics (Wi-Fi, LAN, IP configuration)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent (IT certifications are a plus)
