Job description

AZH Web & Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking a Digital Delivery Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of digital projects and technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys coordinating teams, managing project delivery, and ensuring clients receive high-quality digital services. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule while driving operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

  • Supervise the day-to-day delivery of digital projects and services.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and delivery timelines.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, quality standards, and key deliverables.
  • Support Agile project planning, sprint coordination, and workflow management.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and delivery challenges.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure projects meet client expectations, business objectives, and quality standards.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with digital technologies, project delivery practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital project delivery, technology, web development, IT operations, or a related field.
  • Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, or digital workflows is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement.
