Job description

YKPCX SL is seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Spain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all hardware, software, and network services across the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, email systems, and business applications
  • Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity issues, and user access problems
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets
  • Monitor IT systems and assist in maintaining network performance and security
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures
  • Assist with onboarding and setup of IT equipment for new employees
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
  • Experience with cloud services, cybersecurity basics, or virtualization
  • Knowledge of IT asset management and documentation practices
  • Fluency in Spanish and English preferred
