EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Candidates must qualify under ONE of the following options:

OPTION 1: One (1) year of full-time experience in which the primary responsibility is in supporting Epic applications (i.e., troubleshoot; assist and instruct end-users in effective use; resolve problems).

OPTION 2: Two (2) years of full-time experience in which the primary responsibility is in supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) business applications (i.e., troubleshoot; assist and instruct end-users in effective use; resolve problems). NOTE: General IT experience (unrelated to Electronic Health Records) is not considered qualifying.
