Job description
- Assist in managing daily quality activities across multiple construction disciplines
- Support implementation of the project Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with standards
- Review inspection and test plans (ITPs), submittals, and quality documentation
- Coordinate and perform site inspections across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes
- Assist with identifying, documenting, and tracking non-conformances (NCRs)
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and document control systems
- Liaise with subcontractors, inspectors, and project teams to ensure alignment on quality expectations
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA/QC experience within construction, engineering, or industrial projects
- Experience supporting quality programmes on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure builds
- Familiarity with inspection processes, audits, and non-conformance tracking
- Understanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across project teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (ASQ, AWS, NACE, or ISO auditor) are a plus
