• Classify, moderate, and evaluate content submissions in accordance with established policies.
• Identify, document, and report any inappropriate content or violations.
• Provide insights on content trends and deliver constructive feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance ongoing content moderation strategies.
• Stay informed about company policies and updates related to content moderation.

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; English language skills are a plus.
• Experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail with the ability to adhere to guidelines consistently.
• Strong communication skills for effectively discussing moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is an advantage.
