In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content aligns with our community guidelines, providing a positive experience for our Dutch-speaking users. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure it complies with our community standards.
• Classify and assess content appropriately according to established moderation guidelines.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
• Provide constructive feedback on content trends and user interactions to enhance moderation practices.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to improve overall content review strategies.
• Stay informed of company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in content moderation or related fields is preferred.
• Attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply guidelines.
• Strong communication skills for effectively discussing moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being part of a remote team.
