Your contributions will help cultivate a safe and engaging online environment for our Danish-speaking users., + Review and evaluate user-generated content in Danish to ensure adherence to community standards.

• Accurately classify and moderate content based on established guidelines.
• Identify and report any inappropriate content or violations promptly.
• Engage in trend analysis and provide constructive feedback to optimize content review procedures.
• Work collaboratively with fellow reviewers to enhance overall moderation strategies.
• Keep abreast of company policies regarding content moderation and community interaction.

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently implement guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for discussing moderation decisions effectively.
• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and compassionately.
• Familiarity with digital content platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
