Role Overview Product Designer (UI/UX) for CloudPay’s global payroll and payments platform. Own end-to-end design of complex product experiences, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered solutions that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design for complex product features, from discovery through delivery, producing high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. Translate ambiguous problems into clear, well-reasoned design solutions with strong rationale. Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery sessions to validate assumptions and inform design decisions. Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data to surface patterns, gaps, and opportunities, and advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
