IT Specialist/Analyst

La Rose Industries LLC, d/b/a Cra-Z-Art, a stationery, activity, and arts & crafts manufacturer in Randolph, NJ, is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Specialist with strong SQL experience to support, maintain, and optimize our business systems. This role will work closely with internal teams to manage databases, support reporting needs, troubleshoot data issues, and assist with general IT operations., · Develop, write, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports

· Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across business systems

· Support and maintain databases to ensure accuracy, performance, and security

· Assist with system integrations, data imports, and exports

· Collaborate with business users to gather reporting and data requirements

· Provide general IT support, including hardware, software, and application support as needed

· Document processes, system changes, and technical solutions

· Assist with system upgrades, patches, and testing

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, · 2+ years of experience in an IT support, IT analyst, or similar role

· Strong working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, subqueries, reporting)

· Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or similar)

· Understanding of basic networking, Windows systems, and business applications

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, etc.)

· Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory systems, or order management systems

· Experience with data validation, data cleanup, and performance tuning

· Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or similar) is a plus, * Bachelor’s (Preferred), * IT Support: 2 years (Preferred)
