Desktop Support Technician/Computer Repair Technician

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support by installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing computer hardware and retail technology equipment at multiple customer locations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory using a reliable vehicle.Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and retail technology equipment.
• Support POS systems, self-checkout registers, printers, scanners, PCs, servers, thin clients, networking devices, and related peripherals.
• Diagnose hardware issues and perform repairs within established service level agreements.
• Travel between customer locations to complete service calls and equipment installations.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate repair status.
• Provide exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues.
• Assist with hardware installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Participate in occasional evening, weekend, or holiday on-call support as needed.
• Safely lift and transport equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of hands-on hardware repair or field service experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting POS systems, printers, PCs, servers, or networking equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service territory.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on ladders when necessary., * Desktop Support Technician: 1 year (Preferred)
