Job description

The IT Service Technician is responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, Help Desk services, Windows imaging and deployment, and the repair of laptops, desktops, tablets, and related hardware. This hands-on role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, assemble, test, and troubleshoot computer systems, peripherals, and related equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory for Windows imaging and deployment.
  • Repair and service laptops, desktops, tablets, and other devices under warranty for manufacturers including Dell, HP, Lenovo, and other OEMs.
  • Perform Windows 10 and Windows 11 imaging and deployment.
  • Support customer hardware refresh projects and technology deployments.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and deployment scheduling for customer projects.
  • Provide Help Desk and technical bench support as needed.
  • Document work performed and follow established change control procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented IT Service Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy solving technical challenges, working with the latest technology, and providing exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you., * CompTIA A+ Certification.

  • 2-3 years of experience in computer hardware repair or IT support.
  • Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

  • Experience with HP, Dell, and Lenovo hardware.
  • Experience with Windows deployment and imaging.
  • Experience working in a Help Desk or managed IT services environment., * High school or equivalent (Required), * A+: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Word: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
  • Computer hardware: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License (Required)
