Job description

Hardware repairs and component replacement (CPU, RAM, mainboard, blades, etc.)

Inventory management & documentation of hardware and parts

Take care of our on-site warehouse (stock, order, material flow)

Very basic Juniper switch tasks (initial setup / base config - AI-assisted setup is totally fine)

Work closely with the data center technicians on site

Coordinate with our 2nd/3rd level team in Münster via Slack (remote hands, troubleshooting, status updates)

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with server hardware (builds / swaps / repairs) - junior profiles welcome
  • Solid basics in Debian Linux
  • First experience with Proxmox (setup / basic understanding / common tasks)
  • Structured and reliable working style (inventory/warehouse/documentation)
  • Driver’s license (Class B) and mobility
  • Good internal communication skills (team + data center staff)

Nice-to-have:

  • Basic exposure to Juniper (very rudimentary is enough)
  • Basic English and/or German skills
