Bilingual Japanese/English Senior IT Manager (CA/YM)

Analyze operational “pain points” and translate them into technical specifications for third-party IT vendors -Create the conceptual design for in-house applications, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with Extensiv (WMS), CargoWise and Syrinx -Manage the development lifecycle of custom tools to ensure software meets business needs before deployment

• Lead the technical implementation for new clients
• Partner with existing clients to identify opportunities for system-driven efficiency
• Lead the rollout of RPA to automate manual data transfers between custom applications, spreadsheets, and core logistics platforms -Provide technical leadership within the company’s Quality Control program -Evaluate and implement “Low-Code” platforms to build internal business apps that streamline administrative and warehouse office tasks -Identify and eliminate manual bottlenecks across the organization to improve data visibility and reporting speed

A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Senior IT Manager to join their team in Carson, CA. This position is responsible for leading client-facing system integrations, providing technical expertise to Quality Control initiatives, and spearheading the Digital Transformation (DX) roadmap. A bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years’ experience in 3PL/Logistics, knowledge of WMS, Forwarding System, and EDI standards, experience in Digital Transformation, RPA, and Microsoft 365 data management, strong knowledge of SDLC, and the ability to speak, read, and write Japanese is required. This is a full-time, in-person, position with excellent benefits including 401K., Must have a bachelors degree -Must speak, read and write Japanese -Must have at least 5 to 7 years’ experience in 3PL/Logistics (Systems Design, EDI Implementation, or Project Management) -Must have experience in Digital Transformation, RPA, and Microsoft 365 -Must have strong knowledge of SDLC, * Bachelor’s (Preferred)
