Computer Programmer Developer Civilian

Application Processing Required:

All candidates must pass the following tests to be eligible for employment:

• Interview
• Polygraph
• Background Investigation
• Medical exam and drug screen (after conditional job offer)

· 3-5+ years programming experience.

· Applicant must have strong background in IT business and must have an understanding of how large applications work, not just the user interface, but the complete infrastructure understanding; database, interfaces, routing and business rules.

· Experience in designing and develop application components.

· Experience in testing and documenting software.

· Ability to write SQL.

· Ability to code with Java, JavaScript, PHP, Rust, C# or C/C++.

· Experience with Tyler Munis ERP solution is a plus

· Ability to analyze requirements and transform them into technical designs.

· Upon request, must show practical experience in programming and coding.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science

• Bend, walk, sit, stand for long periods of time, see & hear clearly, speak and write clear English in order to assist end users, manual dexterity, ambulate independently.
