Job description

  • Learning & Development: Participate in a graduate training programme covering Business Analysis, Project Delivery methodologies, and ITSM frameworks, building a strong foundation in consulting practices.
  • Business Analysis Support: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting workshops, and contributing to the development of process maps and solution designs.
  • Project Delivery Assistance: Support project teams in planning, coordination, and delivery activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • ITSM Foundations: Develop an understanding of IT service management principles, supporting service design, transition, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Bid & Proposal Support: Contribute to business development activities, including supporting bid writing, proposal development, and research for new opportunities.
  • Documentation & Frameworks: Assist in reviewing and developing client and internal documentation, ensuring alignment with best practice frameworks and quality standards.
  • General Consulting Support: Provide flexible support across internal and client-facing activities, adapting to different project needs and priorities.

Requirements

You will gain hands-on experience supporting internal initiatives, training programmes and client-facing projects, developing the core consulting skills required to deliver high-quality outcomes. Upon successful completion of the graduate programme, you will transition into a client delivery role, contributing directly to transformation initiatives.

You will bring curiosity, adaptability, and a structured approach to problem-solving, whilst contributing to a growing, ambitious and high-performing Blue Border team., * A strong academic background with a willingness to develop consulting and technical skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking to problem-solving through academic or extracurricular experience.
  • Interest in digital transformation, business analysis, or technology-led change., * Agility: You will be comfortable working across different tasks and subject areas, adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.
