Job description
- Performing planned maintenance on Windows servers, testing backups, etc.
- Following up on issues logged by RMM, AV, Defender, Intune, etc.
- Troubleshooting more complex issues identified by the dayshift
Requirements
- Previous, professional IT experience, particularly in a managed services environment
- Knowledge of standard network technologies
- Experience with any virtualization platform
- Experience with a Microsoft Domain of any size
- Experience with a Microsoft Office 365 tenant of any size
A candidate would be particularly interesting if they had:
- Experience in a solution-developing capacity
- Experience with automation such as imaging, poweshell, and rmm, * professional IT: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CompTIA Certification (Preferred)
- Microsoft certification (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Walled Lake, MI 48390 (Required)

We are seeking professionals to join our small technical services team. Work is both in our office and at our clients’ sites, primarily in Southeast Michigan.
