Job description
We are seeking experienced Desktop / Endpoint Deployment Engineers to support a large-scale enterprise laptop deployment project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows deployment, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, and device imaging., * Configure and deploy Windows 11 laptops.
- Provision devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Perform device imaging, configuration, and deployment.
- Install and configure enterprise applications.
- Join devices to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software deployment issues.
- Perform BIOS and firmware updates.
- Maintain asset inventory and deployment records.
- Coordinate with project and IT teams to meet deployment targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Desktop Deployment experience.
- Windows 10/11 Administration.
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
- Windows Autopilot.
- SCCM/MECM (Preferred).
- Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory.
- Office 365.
- Device Imaging & Deployment.
- Basic Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator)
- Modern Desktop Administrator
- ITIL Foundation (Preferred)
