Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and user-centric enterprise web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user experience strategy, visual design, design systems, user research, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver exceptional digital products., * Lead the complete UI/UX design lifecycle, from user research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability testing, implementation, and post-launch improvements.
- Design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing web and mobile applications using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, FigJam, and Miro.
- Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, user flows, information architecture, customer journey maps, personas, and design specifications.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Design Systems, Component Libraries, Style Guides, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across enterprise applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the Agile SDLC.
- Apply Human-Centered Design (HCD), Design Thinking, Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Responsive Design, and Mobile-First Design principles to improve user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, A/B testing, accessibility reviews, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions.
- Design interfaces compliant with WCAG Accessibility Standards, ensuring inclusive and accessible digital experiences.
- Partner with front-end developers by providing detailed design specifications and supporting implementation using knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive web technologies.
- Utilize UX analytics and user feedback to continuously optimize workflows, navigation, and overall customer experience.
- Present design concepts, prototypes, and UX strategies to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior UI/UX designers and establish enterprise-wide UX best practices, governance, and design standards.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to manage design deliverables and sprint commitments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams developing applications using React or Angular, ensuring seamless design-to-development handoff.
- Stay current with emerging UX trends, AI-powered design tools, accessibility standards, and modern interaction design practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 11+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise web and mobile applications.
- Extensive experience designing responsive, accessible, and scalable digital products.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience with AI-powered UX tools and modern design workflows.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience in healthcare, banking, insurance, retail, or financial services domains.
- Leadership experience mentoring UI/UX teams.
